Elton John’s Oscar Party Will Feature a Huge Star Performer: Elton John

Share

Elton John and David Furnish are really ramping up their annual Oscar party for their AIDS Foundation. They’ve gotten a huge name to perform at the party– Elton John! That’s right. Sir Elton doesn’t always take the stage at the Pacific Design Center. Sometimes he joins in with the guest star of the night– last year it Nile Rodgers.

But Sir E. has a new album coming out next month, and lots of new songs. Of course, I’m sure he’ll play the songs, too. But a night with Elton at a private party is worth the price of admission, and the tickets to the much fought over dinner are tax deductible.

If seeing Elton isn’t enough, EJAF released a guest host list today, too. It’s a Who’s Who of Entertainment. Are you ready?

Tim and Jane Allen, Beck, Boy George, Naomi Campbell, Jim Carrey, Ciara, Chris Colfer, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, Zooey Deschanel, Roland Emmerich, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka, Debbie Harry, Samuel L. Jackson, Diana Jenkins, Caitlyn Jenner, Quincy Jones, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Billie Jean King and Ilana Kloss, Heidi Klum, Ryan Kwanten, Shelley Lazar, Sandra Lee, Rob and Sheryl Lowe, Eric and Janet McCormack, Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, Katy Perry, Tyler Perry, Andrew Rannells, Smokey and Frances Robinson, Zoe Saldana, Steve Sims, Britney Spears, Sharon Stone, Jeffrey Tambor, Steven Tyler, Denzel and Pauletta Washington, and Allison Williams.

Whew! And how about a Katy Perry surprise duet on “The Bitch is Back”? Put in your requests now.
