Trudie Styler recently hosted an exceptional evening, presenting the launch of themulti-award-winning film ‘There’s Still Tomorrow’ ‘C’è Ancora Domani’ by Paola Cortellesi with an exclusive private screening in New York City.
This special event was co-hosted by Greenwich Entertainment, the US distributors of the film. The film in fact will be released in cinemas in January 2025. Thanks to their collaboration, Trudie succeeded in bringing this celebrated Italian masterpiece to an
intimate New York group of cinephiles.
‘There’s Still Tomorrow’ ‘C’è Ancora Domani’ tells the story of Delia, a working-class mother in 1940s Italy who silently endures domestic abuse at the hands of her military veteran husband. A mysterious letter gives Delia the strength to change her life in this
poignant and empowering narrative, paying tribute to the quiet resilience of women in post-war Italy. A profound story told through the ordinary details of Delia’s daily routine, the social message of equality and women’s rights is one that Styler feels deeply
connected to.
Trudie Styler and Paola Cortellesi first met at the Globo d’Oro ceremony in July 2024 when they were each honored with awards. Paola Cortellesi was awarded for the Best
Film ‘There’s Still Tomorrow’ ‘C’è ancora domani’, while Trudie Styler for Best Documentary ‘Posso entrare? An Ode to Naples’. It was at this prestigious ceremony that Styler realized what an incredible talent Paola Cortellesi is.
Styler’s intimate screening included such luminaries as: actor/author Griffin Dunne, film editor Sarah Flack, actress Amanda Quaid, Lucy Teitler, screenwriter, Federica Belletti, film producer, Andrew Tetenbaum, ATA Management, Vogue writer Maya Singer, Barry Rosenstein JANA Partners and his wife Lizanne Rosenstein, Ana Rosenstein, CEO AMANTE 1530, Sundance exec Stacey Bosworth, Paula Silver AMPAS Voter and film
strategist, and — of course — Sting. All were in attendance to appreciate and enjoy the compelling story brought to life by Paola Cortellesi.
Another special guest of the evening? L’Amante 1530!
This delicious amaro, created by Trudie and Sting’s internationally renowned winemaker Riccardo Cotarella, was a big hit with all the guests. Conceived at the historic Il Palagio 1530 estate, this amaro captures the spirit of Italy’s dolce vita. Its unique recipe combines elements sourced from across the Mediterranean peninsula, resulting in a flavor that is both refined and perfectly balanced.
