Trump Reveals His Antisemitism, Says He’s Done More for Israel “Than Any Other Person,” Attacks “Jewish Governor” Josh Shapiro

Yes, Donald Trump is grasping at straws.

While the Democrats flew high tonight at their Convention, Trump went low as usual. He attacked Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro with a backhanded antisemitic swipe in a post on his Truth Social.

Trump also claimed he’d done more for Israel than any other president, or any other person. Again, “any other person.”

It must have really thrown Trump that Tim Walz’s son went to the convention tonight and erupted in tears and applause for his father when he was on stage. Trump’s son, Barron, didn’t even attend his convention or sit through his speech.

Trump must be shaken, too, by the clear signal of family sent by the Democrats this week. The Bidens, the Emhoffs, and the Walzes have shown deep wells of love and compassion for each other and America. The couples are all devoted to each other and their children and vice versa. Trump has an AWOL wife, two divorces, a judgement against him for a sexual attack, and another judgement for covering up an affair with adult porn star.

As for the antisemitism, Trump immediately calls out Shapiro as the “Jewish governor of the Great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.” This can’t be considered a dog whistle antisemitism. It’s a bugle call. Every Jewish person from Pennsylvania should see this for what it is. Trump hates Jews, particularly as political or business rivals.

As for Trump doing more for Israel “than any other person,” he’s delusional of course. He might be around number 5,000. Let’s just start with Golda Meier, Moshe Dayan, Menachem Begin, Yitzhak Rabin, and so on. Trump has done far less for Israel than millions of American Jews over the last 70 years. So let’s start there.
